last night with fingers stealthy sweet
I stole beneath the covers, sheets
and pillows tossed asunder
she summons solitary thunder
in secret teasing out the thread
of pleasures buried in the bed
the gold and scarlet, warp and weft,
and ravishing delicious theft

through silent shouting lips and teeth

a fabric of the little death
